Personal Assistant to the manager
We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Assistant to support a senior manager with a wide range of day-to-day personal and administrative tasks. This role focuses primarily on non-business responsibilities, ensuring seamless organisation across personal, household, family, and lifestyle matters. The ideal candidate has a discreet and solution-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and an extensive network allowing them to quickly facilitate services, bookings, and urgent requests.
Personal & Household Administration Manage personal schedules, appointments, reminders, and logistics. Oversee household-related tasks such as maintenance coordination, service provider management, and domestic arrangements. Handle personal documentation, renewals, registrations, and administrative requirements.
Family Support
Assist with school-related coordination: enrolments, meetings, activities, calendars, transportation arrangements.
Organise family travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, childcare services, and other family-related vendors.
Ensure smooth communication between the manager, family members, and service providers.
Lifestyle & Coordination
Use a strong network to secure fast, reliable solutions (travel, repairs, last-minute bookings, premium services, etc.).
Manage social engagements, event planning, and personal invitations.
Research and source specialised services, suppliers, and products as needed.
General Support
Maintain high confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks before they arise.
Provide occasional assistance with small business-adjacent tasks (light organisation, travel coordination, communication) when required.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Proven experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, concierge services, or similar roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and professional discretion.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to last-minute or unexpected requests.
A wide and reliable network of service providers, vendors, and solutions.
