Manage social engagements, event planning, and personal invitations. Research and source specialised services, suppliers, and products as needed. General Support Maintain high confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks before they arise. Provide occasional assistance with small business-adjacent tasks (light organisation, travel coordination, communication) when required.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Proven experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, concierge services, or similar roles. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive attitude.
